Get creative you fucking retard
NICE NON ADVICE
Just Take niggers to do the actual work with sub minimium wage and you are all set
well here's a hint
savings = underconsumption
you probably have to set aside money or do extreme personal frugality like I did for the first year

GREAT I WILL JUST SAVE A COUPLE HUNDRED THOUSAND TO BE OUTPRICED BY A COMPANY THAT HASN'T MADE PROFIT IN DECADES AND RELIES ON GOV SUBSIDARIES.
It's the current year +x nigger start a meme page and start shilling merch, open a food truck, trade shitcoins, farm prawns, start a spicy alt tech channel and try and hit it big etc.
We are approaching peak clown world. There still time to make it with memes, but perhaps not for much longer.
Also all in link obviously.

money has never been easier to make due to interconnection and easy payments. most people just feel discouraged cause they see chinese already producing all the could or they have standards to be a clown online.
you can probably just post a glass of water every day on social media and it'll gain followers because of the meme. then you can sell merch. Most people who I have gotten to know on the internet are just as gullible retards as people outside. they wage and then buy shit they dont need online. they give tips to meaningless streamers. they buy shirts they don't need or won't even wear just because of the meme or cause they want to help out thei internet celeb.
if you get to sell something for 5 bucks to 100k you already have about 500k.
Your mindset is so 1990 and racist
Trying to start a business without already being rich and connected first? What do you think this is, 1953???
Soon I will own a small, scalable business that is enough to pay my bare essentials + 20% w/ ~4 hours of work per week. The upward potential is around 100k year in profit with around the same amout of hours / week. I'm so excited, I feel like pic related all the time. I will immediately begin working on the next business idea (it's arbitrage based) once this is established. In 5-10 years, it's likely I will inherit a business that generates 20k in profits annually and requires about 2 hours of work / week.
All of my excess funds are going directly towards travel and trading and I will continue to live frugally (other than blowing money on trading). It feels so good to have steady income after being a neet for months. It feels better to be working on my own thing. I feel like pic related all the time. I'm gonna be a good boy this time and go back to school to make mom happy and wrap my degree up before it's too late.
JUST WAGE SLAVE FOR 50 YEARS LMAO

1990 was amazing, where were you?
I knew you salty anons would say this kind of crap. Can't you just be happy for me? It's not like I have no plan. I know exactly what I'll be producing and offering, and I already have some potential clients lined up that I've talked to. I'll be lucky if it even makes $200/month the first three months - that's almost my bare essentials anyway.
>where were you
I guess I was probably spread throughout several food sources as raw material. Or, more likely, the nutrients for my cells were probably being stored as raw feed for some animals my parents eventually ate, or I was sitting in the soil waiting to be uptaken by some roots.

Every second retard on Jow Forums has a passive income business that generates $10k a month with only 4 hrs per week input. None of them can ever give any specifics as to what exactly it is. But they're totally real!!1!
Fuck off, kid
You talk as if it’s a sure thing. Peeps have been there done that. Go and do then come and tell.
I AGREE OP
HOW THE FUCK ARE ALL THESE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL PAJEETS AND SHIT SKINS OPENING UP LIQUOR STORES IN EXPENSIVE AREAS AND MAKING TONS OF MONEY WHILE IM STILL WAGEKEKING FOR $16 AN HOUR
That means you were like 4 when shit was Poppin.
You do it illegal with zero fucks given to get ahead and use profits to pay fees later.

Is a nice example (don't watch all only start)
They used patents they didn't own to make a profit, then made their own patents and countersued to avoid paying. Completely gamed the system.
Not easy but you need to find a niche and exploit it fast.
I've probably re-invented twice now... it's really hard.
Coming to biz for ansas won't work - you need to find something to exploit this is the hardest bit so obviously no ones gonna give u their ideas - not gonna tell u what i do put it that way.
You pick a market where everything is overprized and you don't get fucked from being outproduced, where some cool label can work wonders. Athletic supplement mixtures, nootropics and perfumes come to mind.

I didn't say 10k / month, I said 200, with a chance to pay my bare essential bils + 20% (closer to 800 monthly). That's super realistic. Also, no one asked for details.
I'm in the process of doing right now. What's so hard to believe about a 200/month business? lol. It's not a sure a thing of course, but everyone I've talked to is excited about the product and there's a clear demand for it in my local 30 mile radius. The 20k business is a sure thing (unless it goes under, which I doubt, it's been around 20 years or so), btw, just not in the 3-5 timespan. I'm not bragging, I'm just extremely excited. I've been broke forever, and to have the outlook be brighter for a change is nice.
>Go and do then come and tell
fwiw, i do this irl, but I'm just happy today and wanted to share on Jow Forums in a relevant thread. Mostly, I'm excited to have some extra money again to blow on crypto cuz that's fun af.
People bitch that corporations are unfair and treat people like shit. If it wasn't so cutthroat just to make enough to live maybe you wouldn't have so much crap like wage theft going on.
Pls gib some details
You don't. Shit has been centralized. Don't tell me you actually fell for the 'just start a business bro' meme?
Well then tell us what it is, fuckhead...
Now here comes a lesson for the kids of Jow Forums, try to learn something when he gives an extremely vague answer or simply says HURRR I CAN'T TELL YOU BUT IT'S TOTALLY REAL
I started my business with 3k and make about 70k a year net.
Home service contracting is easy to start and you make great money. Flooring, paint, drywall, lawn care, patios, pools. Long list of easy companies
It has never been easier to start a business now than before, before you had to get a loan, rent out a place and pay wages for staff. Nowadays you can start your own business in your bedroom by creating a website, app, even your own cryptocurrency with minimal costs for the domain and hosting.
OK, I'm gonna get called a retard for the 100k upward limit and everything else though. Cut me some slack for being honest. I'm growing gourmet mushrooms. I've been growing recreationally for years, but I was given access to a good enough size space to grow semi-commercially recently. There's a lot of restaurants near me (rural-ish area outside a major city), but no local suppliers. Even the bigger submetro areas say on their farmers market websites they are actively seeking a mushroom grower, and I'm willing to drive. They don't ship well, so it's something I can produce locally that has value. No licensing is required. I've talked to chefs and people at markets, and there's enough verified interest to make me probably about $200 for sure a month. Given the square footage, I can produce about 400 pounds per month. I am not going to produce that much until demand merits though, right now demand merits about 20lbs per month. So I will grow that until I get bigger. They go for $6-$16 per pound, hence the $200 month estimate, just doing oysters and shiitakes. Moving on to more exotic varities as soon as I start turning dimes.
It's low maintenance once the structures are built and tools acquired (pressure cooker, bulk pasturizer, etc), and you can grow out of habit without really thinking about it. I have a nice slick routine that doesn't take much time at all. The overhead is very low. Just straw, wood shavings, and grains. I got my mushrooms from the supermarket and just started growing. I'll buy more varities once money comes in. For every $5 put in, there's about $70 in profit (don't quote me on that). Space and demand are the limiting factors. I love mushrooms and have been growing for years though, you can't expect to just jump into this for the money and have shit work out. It won't be lucrative, but it should pay essential bills and it's fun work.
see
start small batty boy it aint rocket science
also, I'm really lucky to have access to land and the facilities. It doesn't take much, but it wouldn't be possible for a few more years if I wasn't so lucky.
Nobody is going to tell you because the system is flawed.
Someone that actually shares their business idea. It's niche in its own way. Congrats user.
Thanks user. I didn't want to share, but fuck it. It's not new or original, my only edge is my location. Plus, if any competition in my area reads that and starts today (lol), at best they will still be months behind. I know it's stupid and will end up being a lot more than 4 hours / week with farmers markets, problems, etc and all but I'm hella excited to make some reliable gas money.
That's actually a really great business idea, good job for doing something of actual measurable value and actually sharing it. That's a very niche industry, I don't think you need to worry about anyone on here stealing your plan lol
Ever grown psilocybins? I did a few times over the years and it was pretty fun...HUGE profit margins there as they go for $100+ an oz. I also grew oyster mushrooms for a bit using ultrasonic foggers in rubbermaid tubs, but those weren't as exciting.
Thanks for sharing, sorry for being a dick but I'm sure you can understand why lol
Also to others reading about this growing microgreens can be pretty profitable too, and relatively easy to get into. The problem here (Canada) is our food regulations are so locked down that you have to jump through a ton of expensive hoops to do anything with food products.
Also growing weed is super easy, and although not as lucrative as it was it's still a good way to make a few bucks.
>sorry for being a dick
>psilocybins
haha, yeah. Started with those actually. Huge margins but I started to get uncomfortable when too many people found out I was growing (loudmouth siblings). People started pulling up to MY MOM's house blasting shitty rap just parked outside. Fuck that lmao. So I've been laying low with those for awhile, and I'd be a little paranoid selling shrooms on the side of legal shroom biz cuz ya know, probable cause in a small town... But if stuffs ever tight enough it's nice to have the option to push out some ezpz money now that I have friends in a big city far away so I wouldn't likely get traced back. I follow some super simple monotub teks and get great yields in a small space. My pipe dream is getting mushroom biz established then cubensis getting legalized, lol.
I've looked into microgreens as well. Shopped around for seeds. I garden so it's a natural idea. After I start rolling the shrooms I'm gonna reconsider those, not sure how to margins compare but they are super short cycle which is nice. Just seems natural to sell mushrooms and micros together too. It'd make a cute stand at least. Fortunately my state allows direct sales of produce, otherwise I couldn't do any of this. And yeah weed is fun, I've got some sativas and hybrids outdoors right now. Brewing beer is another fun thing, I've got a cucumber sour fermenting currently with a 10gal batch of ipa on the way :-)
Good stuff. And ya for selling shrooms you want to look for one guy who will take everything at once, he can middleman it out for the extra cash. No one should ever know who you are or what you do.
I think your model has huge potential for growth, keep at it!
My gf started an SEO/marketing biz and already has over 100k in client billings per year. There are thousands of small businesses out there that need help marketing their product. You just need to think about an underserved area and have the balls to do it, pussy
Thank you for sharing it really is brilliant . And congrats.
That's something I've dabbled with in the past and thought it was sort of a dead end. SEO is much harder than it used to be, and in most industries it's almost impossible to compete with established businesses/sites. Does she focus on specific types of businesses or something?
thanks buddy. it's the first thing I've ever really done. feels small and dumb, but hopefully in a couple years ill look back and be happy about it. at any rate, i like growing, and growing even more means more fun. so no biggie if it flops, the only extra stuff i had to buy out of pocket was more mason jars and $30 worth of nutrients (grains, straw)
whatever happened to the /entg/ threads? those were motivational. I love conversing with like minded people no matter the topic. it's comfy to feel like part of a community, but i don't really frequent Jow Forums cuz its all crypto posting
Selling grow your own gourmet mushroom kits online could be a good opportunity for you as well. Spawnbags/spore syringes, premade 'environments' (plastic tubs) and media (straw etc). Tons of people do it for psychedelic shrooms and the markup is huge.
Make a decent WordPress website and a few how-to youtube videos and you'd probably attract a decent clientele.
Also if any of these types of food mushrooms can be sold dried and/or powdered you can open your market wide up and never have to worry about waste again.
Samefag who was being a dick to you earlier here btw lol, this site always fucks with me and I have to change IP
they don't do anything important man, they're just as dumb as HR bitches. those companies that don't market themselves enough or at all have usually braindead people working there. And like you said its basically impossible to compete in a market like that, of course you can improve basic stuff like making their social media and updating which will lead to like a 5% gain of the company they could have made themselves. so they paid for their ignorance. but after that the marketing won't help much more, but by then the HR bitch is already over the mountains with her 100k and found a next business they can "help" out.
No but she used to work for an insurance company doing the same thing so I guess she picked up the skill set there. Most of it is simply just continually pitching potential clients until a couple get back to you and convert to paying customers. It's tough because you need to learn each business to understand how best to market it and how to optimize google adwords and shit. Frankly I don't understand it well but I'd say the vast majority of her success has more to do with being outgoing and personable and committed vs having strong SEO skills
Try the first couple of years. Moving back with your parents is a good idea to cut on rent costs. You have to technically set yourself a salary though or the bank will think you're a hack and won't give your company a loan
Here's the cheatsheet I use
>NO brick & mortar. EVER.
>NO employees, until you have so many clients need an assistant.
This eliminates almost all business costs. Unless you're doing something that requires heavy machinery.
My current rules after having started several businesses (some moderately successful):
NO PARTNERS - I thought I had made it with one company, my partner trashed the whole thing in a matter of months due to personal issues etc. I would state my case, but had to humor him because we were 'equal'
Also, no obscure bullshit that you have to try and create a market for. Sure making pottery or whatever might be fun and fulfilling, but you'll have to convince people to pay for it. Think of shit that people use or need everyday and try to work with that in mind...things that sell themselves.
Imagine you could start an oil company tomorrow, how much time and effort do you think you'd need to spend on faggy bullshit 'marketing'? About 0, because oil sells itself
What do you think about landscaping/plowing/epoxy stuff. The market for that seems good now but will it last?
My dad owns a decent business and I’m thinking about taking it over but I’m not sure. I work a regular engineering job right now btw
It doesnt matter manm its all just a game to get more shekels
Yeah I'm looking at doing as many value adds as I can down the road. I would LOVE selling starter kits for $25 and shit like that - huge mark up and they're so fun and attractive. I'm trying to get my grow op to be as hands off as I possible too (automated tempature and humidity control, etc) so I can spend most my time on it trying to get new customers or improving the overall operation. Now that I'm able to do this I don't stop thinking about it, it keeps me up night. I want to move so fast but mycellium grows so slow, lol.
The hardest part is transitioning from growing on my own lax hobby schedule to growing systematically and routinely (e.g, having a harvest on weekly basis, meaning plannign grows 6-8 n advance for certain dates and such). I'm working on getting that down as I scale up.
Not the same guy, but I think relatively low-skill labor services (no-offense) will only get more and more in demand. Every spring I always mean to find landscaping jobs and recruit some high schoolers to do them for me, and then just manage the small operation throughout the summer. Sounds very cozy and you'd get lots of free organic waste as a bonus.
Yep any of those can be good, with the plan being to eventually hire a crew and just answer the phone like a boss. Plowing parking lots at 3am will get old fast, but there's always some meathead out there who would be happy to do it for 20 bucks an hour. Finding someone consistent and reliable is very hard..
Landscaping and plowing can be great when you get an established customer base that comes back every year, epoxy stuff will be a constant hustle for new business.
Also dealing with the public/businesses in these types of industries is a bitch. You will get shafted some of the time. Don't undercharge to try and get in the door, take any estimate you make and add 10-20%. Shoot for middle/high price range compared to competitors.
>IT SEEMS EVERYTHING HAS PRICED COMPETITIORS
1. In 80% of businesses 80% of your competition is brainlet trash
2. Quality and Marketing > Everything else
Thank you for posting this. Been looking for someone to put this concept in proper written form for a long time
Make up a business plan.
Save up + borrow money
???
Profit
calm down boi take a step back, you ok? good, now listen to me. whatever business you start, there is only one question you need to answer. how can i do someting everyone else is doing better than they do for a lower price ? if you can answer this questions and believe in yourself then you will make it. if not then you can always work for those who can.
all you neer is a token and a whitepaper
yeah except they are brainlet trash for a reason and its cheap so they customers chooses them

Read "The Innovators Dilemma".
Repackaging/re-bundling an existing product be it physical or digital is not a sustainable business with a defensible moat. If you're making a business in 2000 + 19, it has to have SOMETHING new and defensible in it, which is your edge. You can't ctrl-c, ctrl-v a business idea and expect success and an easy time fending off competition

I ran an amazon business and a digital business. Free protip: for most products on Amazon competition is on to you in six months to erode your margins. A simple fact that is omitted in those $1000 membership private facebook groups that claim to teach you how to succeed.
>microgreens
thanks for the reminder. I'm getting bored waiting on mycellium and have lots of anxious energy to burn on this project so I think I'll start this today by getting a seed list and prepping a grow space.

a couple of points to consider is also this
what are you good at? why build a business around something you have no skills in.
For example: Be me. Can build pc's low key for lols. I enjoy it but only maybe once every few years. BUT, i enjoy mowing yards. Guess which one i should do?
Once that is answered find a way to start it on the side and build it organically through word of mouth and such.
come to nyc and you can take over my business. too many niggers. they've given me ptsd.
