Hourly pay is cancer. I don't understand why employers put pressure on themselves like that. It creates unnatural situations like pretend you're doing something. If I get more efficient in my job I have to renegotiate new hourly compensation. Commission pay solves all these problems and actually motivates workers to be more productive.
