>when my manager at work is a fucking 40 something woman who won't shut the fuck up about her daughters at school and she is going to fucking fire me for being a quiet guy in his 20s who doesn't socialise with other people
This is simply depressing. This is an industry where unfamiliar people think it is very intellectually elitist. If only!
I'm not a 40s male with kids btw. I'm not sure what the fuck she was expecting. She's a sad fuck who commutes over an hour to work so no wonder she is desperate for socialising.
When she held a large meeting it was disturbing how much pleasure I could see in her.
>fire me for being a quiet guy Is this even legal? What is up with Americans and their hate on introversion?
Charles Evans
She will fire you for being incompetent retard, not for being quiet. If you are actualy valuable as an employee you wont be fired for autism. I dont even show up to office most of time and no one gives a shit because Im hard to replace and perform well.
Lincoln Adams
From my experience no one hates the quiet guy in the office. You must be insufferable every time you talk
Zachary Richardson
Have you tried fucking her? Really she wants your penis, just give her your penis, user. She's going to sack you anyway so you may as well get her in the sack first.
Ryder Morales
It's not like that everywhere. I work for the gubmint and we hire autists for their strengths. The big wig directors even make a point to commend the introverts differently than extroverts, so as not to make anyone unduly uncomfortable.
Caleb Fisher
You fucker. It sounds like that woman has more testosterone than you. Start speaking up and make it known that you aren't the quiet one. You aren't super cool just because you're quiet. Everyone thinks you are a stinky beta. Your manager is probably gonna bend your quiet ass over her desk with a strap on and fuck your poopy asshole before she fires you.
Jonathan Richardson
What does being quiet have to do with autism? That word is like the race card, so overused it has lost meaning.
Angel Rogers
>everyone has a stake in the business and is completely rationale about hiring positions Some people just don't want to work with a sperg day in day out regardless of the value you add. If they're the owner or something they might not give a shit, but what does a fellow wagie care what value you add?
Matthew Thomas
This literally happened to me. Worked with all women and a gay dude. So all women. I had a male supervisor who ran the team and hired me but when he was replaced with a chick low and behold I was out the door...
Funny as shit tho because I am still a part of the alumni community at the school I was working for (in development, fundraising) and a bunch of prominent people were like what the fuck why did they let you go.
Best part is I heard the bitch who fired me is already leaving the school after only seven months so she probably got kicked out
Eli Mitchell
I've literally hated every female boss or management position I've ever worked with and all the men save one have been decent to great.
Does anyone actually prefer working for a female boss?
Jack Nguyen
You actually got fired for not being outgoing? Surely there was some other reason?
Dylan Robinson
Are you really that dumb not to understand how this shit works? Your boss profits from your work. Its in her best interest that you do good job because in the end someone above her will grade her on what her team, including you, delivered. People in management positions dont do any work of their own, they just take blame and glory for your work.
Cameron Jenkins
I unironically prefer working for a female. Every single female boss has never done a single negative thing to me. Instead they are always very respectful towards me. On the other hand, every guy I've ever worked for I've wanted to drive my thumbs into their eyeballs and squish them.
Jonathan Gray
Are you so naive that you think every manager is a good one who can recognize value added? There are managers out there who can make bad decisions, or just willfully not give a fuck if they really don't like you.
Jacob Walker
I'm not just throwing the word around. I'm talking about literal people diagnosed with autism that work in my office. Often times they are introverted when it comes to interacting with others, being put in the spotlight, etc. They do good work, so who gives a fuck about that aspect of their medical history.
Sebastian Rodriguez
>Your boss profits from your work. Its in her best interest that you do good job because in the end someone above her will grade her on what her team, including you, delivered.
You'd think so but we're talking about women here. I was once passed over for a promotion in favor of a fucking cat lady (she had seven cats) with no direct experience for the job. Cat lady did a shit job and was laid off within a year. The position was then abolished and not refilled. I had 11 years direct experience. Reason given for cat lady getting job and me not? Cat lady "has better communication skills".
If thats the case then you are better off out anyway.
That sucks, promotions are another story and often bullshit as fuck. That I agree with.
Elijah Flores
I hit all my deadlines and did my job fine. I was plenty outgoing with constituents with whom I was supposed to be engaging. I just didnt really give a fuck about socializing or sharing personal shit with anyone on the team did WHICH THEY ALL DID EXCESSIVELY
I just had nothing in common with two early thirties broads and a queer
Tyler Hill
It is said in the holy Quran (the book of islam) that there will come a time where women take over the roles of men, and in that time, the end of the world will be near.
The ancient people were based and redpilled, so tell me why are we repeating the same mistake of the past?
Oliver Sullivan
As someone who hasn't even had a single negative experience with a female supervisor, i'd like to hear your side of it.
Owen Ross
Man I came here to read about business not masturbate
Eli Smith

Juan Lewis
>socializing or sharing personal shit with anyone on the team did WHICH THEY ALL DID EXCESSIVELY I don't understand normies that do this...for me information is the most valuable resource in the world, why would anyone want to share it for free?
David Ortiz
>cringe now that's cringe
Brayden Ramirez

Benjamin Jenkins

Christian Sanchez
I would literally sue in that situation.
Brody Cruz
That's interesting. Maybe I oughta check that Kuran out, it might have some good points.

Reciprocity. I tell Jim something, he tells me something, we both tell Alice something and she gets bukkaked in the bathroom after we all get lunch.
It’s an informal economy, user.
Elijah Jackson
Matriarchal societies are nothing new and had existed before the Koran was even written.
Zachary Butler
>she is going to fucking fire me for being a quiet guy in his 20s who doesn't socialise with other people She's going to fire you for being a faggot which is par for the course in Bongland. This isn't your goddamned blog, Nigel.
