my monthly expenses are 3k. They say 2,5k per month is the minimum that you need to survive in Switzerland. Sure you could live with less if you live in a shared flat.

it's not that bad of a start, just realize that to be rich you need to make money while you sleep... for that, you will need to learn how to invest. Open a brokerage account or crypto exchange account. Start studying on what to buy, make informed investment decisions. At the same time, because you see your money grow over time, you will spend less in useless shit you don't need.
