>Skin: Light Brown
And nothing of value was lost
>Ana Moncada, told the Council Bluffs Nonpareil that Murillo went to work on Thanksgiving night and, when he returned home the morning of Nov. 27, seemed disoriented. She took him to see a doctor, who prescribed an antidepressant. Moncada said her son continued to feel disoriented and began to hear voices.
Began to hear voices after the antidepressant. Yes goy, pop these pills. That will help.
>spic
Nothing of value was lost, and therefore not relevant to Jow Forums.
>tfw when depressed all the time.
>trivial tasks are really hard to do, due to sadness
>tfw I ignore it, and get shit done anyways, because I know big pharma will only make it worse.
how do you not investigate a rotting corpse, it wasnt frozen or anything, as i understand it it was lying on the ground behind freezers where the air is actually warmer
He climbed on top of the freezer and fell down in the gap between the freezer and wall and got pinned there. Freezer was so loud nobody could hear him. Place was closed for 3 years.
Still seems really shitty how nobody could notice or investigate what the smell was. Either way, way the guy died is horror story stuff he probably was back there a while.
What a fucked up story. Rest In Peace.
I used to have anxiety/depression and still have ADD, so I know that feel. No way am I risking taking their concoctions. Once you try them, your brain is forever altered for the worse.
I read about ADHD a lot and how it's a struggle, yet every single member in those communities seem to be on prescriptions. Clearly it's not working, except they get the side-effects...
Poor guy. Nobody deserves that.
Apart from the smell, where did the blood go? I mean it should have dribbled everywhere and fucked with the refrigerators
> argument with parents on snowy night
> go to work
> climb on top of freezer
> die horrible death
yeah, i'm not buying it lads
Minor depressive episodes don't generally require medication. But if you are scoring high on the PHQ9 an SSRI/SNRI + cognitive behavioral therapy can really help. Or you could try shrooms / acid instead with behavioral therapy.
SSRIs help no one and destroy your mind. Anyone who has dated a girl on SSRIs knows this, and almost half the women in Massachusetts are on them.
Imagine the smell
Theres fucking decades of these drugs being used by now. Tons of retrospective clinical trials by independent doctors looking into long term effects. Read a god damn meta analysis you inbred nigger.
I already know your response:
>muh conspiracy
>muh kikes control science or some shit
and his damn employer? his coworkers? how the fuck does this happen what a fucked up story
could someone cartoonize him and create wagie wojac? dont let his death be for nothing, he could become a symbol
>Minor depressive episodes don't generally require medication. But if you are scoring high on the PHQ9 an SSRI/SNRI + cognitive behavioral therapy can really help. Or you could try shrooms / acid instead with behavioral therapy.
It wasn't a minor depressive episode, I was depressed for at least three years, gained like a hundred pounds, didn't take care of myself at all, didn't leave the house other than for haircuts, and contemplated death. Depression got taken care of through diet, self-discipline, and reading redpill material. I didn't need therapy or medication.
i used ssri's and im completely fucked now desu
> It has now been roughly a 6 years since I stopped taking Lexapro.
> I quit "cold turkey" in May 2013

Wow seems like he went there to hide like it was his escape from the world. Other coworkers would regularly jump over the refrigerator s as it was used for storage and no-one notices. Imagine being cucked to death like that
If employees regularly went on top of the freezer they would see his body wedged between it and the wall then. Something doesn't add up here.
No doubt user. Accident death yeah right. Rip wagie. Another soul lost to hyper consumerism. He died before BTC was released.
This. Just read it and thought the same. Apparently it wasn't uncommon for them to climb on top, they used the space for storage. He went missing 10 years ago, store only closed 3 years ago. They went 7 fucking years being that oblivious?
If you are looking for a real medical opinion and just LARPing it sounds like you failed lexapro and your depression returned. I think you are attributing magical properties to a drug that is completely out of your system (permanent neuronal changes don't really occur). SSRI failures are common in severe depression. Try a different agent, one may click. Cognitive behavioral therapy is also a cornerstone of treating severe depression. Or like i said try low dose acid/shrooms with a therapist.
Damn imagine what he felt knowing his cries for help were futile or the kind of thoughts that would be going through his head until he died
And if customers said the smell was awful out on the floor the closer you got towards that area being on top of the freezers would be ground zero for it. There is no way it wasn't noticed.
Try fasting for 2 weeks
dude its ok that you work for pharma jew and make big bucks but dont deluded yourself into thinking these are valid long term solutions
Why don't people say hard exercise? That's the best cure
>SSRI failures are common in severe depression. Try a different agent, one may click.
Alright scholomo, enough is enough. You're not getting more referral commissions out of that user.
>muh jews control all of science
Why would i offer ellicit drugs as a possible alternative if i'm mindlessly shilling drugs? Fucking Ketamine is an option for treatment resistant depression. Because Jews want you to fucking trip down a K-hole? Stormfags need to kill themselves
Don't worry goy, we know everything about your brain and this molecule we invented a couple decades ago, and all the things that happen when they interact. Never mind side effects or the described experiences of people who have actually taken it. WHAT?! PROFIT MOTIVE?! How dare you question my medical ethics!
as if illegal drugs were any better, kys worthless junkie
>Why would i offer ellicit drugs as a possible alternative if i'm mindlessly shilling drugs?
Because it's easier to get legal drugs than get your hands on ketamine, for one.
>we know everything about your brain and this molecule we invented a couple decades ago, and all the things that happen when they interact.
This is the funniest part about it at all. Most people who got on these drugs are still alive and their brains could have been deteriorating this whole time and snap any minute. Same goes for aspartame. Avoid food with that chemical in it anons! It's not like sugar or caffeine that has been around for centuries.
And by funny, I meant that the whole "muh science" argument doesn't hold up. Nothing funny about other people trusting the medical community and being screwed over for profit.

Could Germs in Your Gut Send You Into Depression?
webmd.com
>Researchers found that among over 2,100 adults, those with depression showed differences in specific groups of gut bacteria. Those microbes are believed to do much more than aid in digestion. Research suggests they are involved in everything from immune system defenses to producing vitamins, anti-inflammatory compounds and even chemicals that influence the brain.

The Gut-Brain Axis: The Missing Link in Depression
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
>The effects of the gut microbiota on human health will be an area of interest in neuroscience over the next 10 years. Several authors suggest microorganisms as a new group of drugs named “psychomicrobiotics” for the treatment of psychiatric disorders. Recent research has suggested that the gut microbiota has an influence on mood.
Over the next 10 years, eh? Stop fudding our bags wagie researcher, says the pharma company.
damn i was just left with premature ejaculation aftering tapering off it. I lost all the weight it put on me at least.
Da Joos dont control science. Trust in pharmaceuticals is just another flavor of mass delusion. Christianity is lvl 100, communism level 80, trust in pharmaceuticals as only fix is level 60, veganism and man made global warming level 40. So as you can see were getting smarter as a species, as a result the delusion required to trick us to get more and more sophisticated. "Based on science." Yeah, based on some science, believed by plenty, thought of ads correct until the evidence to the contrary gets so overwhelming people have to give up their Santa "Clause for adults" comfort pillow, because the cognitive dissonance gets to be too much.

i have that too
>My Ana Moncada wants none unless you got buns hun
I got put on Effexor a few years ago. It did FUCK ALL but even despite that getting off of them was hell. Every time I blinked it felt like a boxer popped me in the face.
Sergey was right. Kefir is the answer to our woes.
fuck off faggot, what he described is perfectly believable.
I took zoloft for 7 months and that alone was enough to leave me less emotional and motivated years after stopping this crap.
I can only imagine what it feels like after 6 fucking years of burning your brain.
damn thats so fucked up
i also have that but never took an SSRI
>Frozen wagie
Sounds yummy
when I was on lexapro I could pound like a porn star. Easily 20+minutes
Now 20 seconds is a minor triumph.
>Sergey was right. Kefir is the answer to our woes.
I unironically looked into the gut flora thing when Sergey mentioned kefir in that tweet. When I was depressed I was drinking a lot of Diet Coke and Pepsi, hoping that will help me lose weight... A few months after I switched to carbonated water, things started getting better but I didn't make that connection at the time.
are you all a buch of weak faggots here or what. depression is part of the human experience and no sickness. selling drugs for losers to cope is just another minor detail in this fucked up world. you got sold the pill instead selling them a fuck you.
relax, the guy was already psychotic before the medication.
No wonder people working in retail are low IQ: nobody investigated the horrid smell for years.
That is one very terrible way to go... RIP whoever you are...
>When I was depressed I was drinking a lot of Diet Coke and Pepsi, hoping that will help me lose weight...
Imagine being that retarded thinking diet coke will help you lose weight. The state of brainlets here is staggering
>Imagine being that retarded thinking diet coke will help you lose weight. The state of brainlets here is staggering
A can of Coke is like 140 calories. I was drinking three or four a day. That's 500 calories in liquid which doesn't satiate you in any way. Switch to diet and it's 0 calories. Less calories in = Lose weight. Imagine that.
Bro you some sort of sad incel if you can't get ahold of some shrooms
I never said that. Brain psychology is pretty weak in comparison to say cardiology but with behavioral therapy they show modest benefits over placebo. You uneducated niggers treat it like its the boogie man.
>Switch to diet and it's 0 calories
>Bro you some sort of sad incel if you can't get ahold of some shrooms
So I should get on SSRI that way at least I'm a happy incel? Knew that would be your argument.
It still tastes sweet for a reason brainlet. Drink water.
Is biz truly so stupid that you don't know that sweetener exists? Jesus Christ.
Baked potatoes sliced and topped with herbs are a healthy alternative to chips. You can also microwave potatoes instead of preparing processed mashed potato powders.
I haven't drank soda since I cured my depression years ago and reached healthy BMI. That was my whole point, if you would have read the thread.
Terrible advice. See:
It has 0 carbs and 0 sugars as well, are you stupid?
>Diet Coke is one of our best-loved drinks. It’s refreshing, great tasting, and contains only 1kcal per 250ml serving.
>muh 1kcal
In the presence of food, artificial sweeteners provoke the same insulin response as actual sugar. With the exception of stevia.
Was coerced into taking those pillls when doctors pushed them to my parents as necessary. Took them for a couple days and realized I stopped thinking. Like I just didn't think anymore, the stream of consciousness was forced to a stop. Took weeks I start feeling normal again. Was fucked up. Pharma kikes have one place in this reality and that's hell.
imagine thinking a can of soda has 0 calories holy shit you're precisely the kind of retard they advertise for
Are you a VIDT holder? Verify with your eyes nigga
>When I was depressed I was drinking a lot of Diet Coke and Pepsi, hoping that will help me lose weight... A few months after I switched to carbonated water, things started getting better but I didn't make that connection at the time.
Switch to diet and it's 0 calories. Less calories in = Lose weight. Imagine that.
how can you fit so much stupid in one place
Permanent neural changes do occur. Not common. Not terribly uncommon. Look at brain tumor patients.
Okay, you're clearly autistic.
the idea is to drink water, not diet soda. yes diet soda is 0 cal but sweeteners are very unhealthy. you should only drink water. Only retards drink sodas.
But he's right you always see fat people drinking diet soda
>imagine thinking carbonated water isn't the main ingredient is soda
>
What the fuck does that have to do with anything? The point is compared to a real soda, diet soda is definitely not nearly as shit because it has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 carbs. If I have a craving for a soda I'll get a diet and not put 80g of sugar in me which is the equivalent of like maybe a bowl of sugar.
>hurr I don't believe nutrition labels
ok
>XXL macburger menu pls
>Oh and a diet coke with that I try to lose weight
USA is not the origin of obesity for nothing. Low IQ fat fucks.
Yes because they think it will help them lose weight without putting in effort or changing their diet and eating habits. The whole point of that initial post was pointing out that flawed thinking and logic behind it.
Carbonated water is healthy other than that it can damage the enamel in your teeth.
57% of us children will be overweight by 35
rt.com
this is now a us fat fuck hate thread.
As stated before, if you're eating something then functionally it's the same as sugar. Just less guilt.
If you're sipping it alone with no food before and after for a few hours, then it does have a benefit over soda.
>>hurr I don't believe nutrition labels
>ok
Calorimetry is unreliable in terms of absolute calories (difference of a few hundred kCal depending on how the measurement is taken) and is unreliable in the fact that the measurements you see on nutrition labels are done PRECOOKING.
They literally get all the ingredients, prior to the fuckery that is cooking and combination, and measure all the ingredients separately and add them up.
It tells you nothing about how your body reacts to the combination after cooking and the transformation of numerous compounds in that interim.
Calorie counting is fucking retarded, just do a high fat diet that stops cucking your satiation hormones and prevents you from getting stuffed. Even if you were trying to get stuffed, that leptin will make the slightest morsel agony if you're already satiated.
The irony about amerifats is that eating a diet of literal fat would be far better for weight loss than the standard diet.
back to pol ray's sis
fda cleared shroom therapy btw
die-t
Every single supermarket has places they don't clean for 10+ years.
FDA is irrelevant as they don't even bother regulating nutritional supplements.
it was clean but clients reported an awful smell. the brainlets working there didn't do any investigation to know where the smell came from and lived with it for years. true brainlets
It's a shame our coworker went missing. Hey, you ever wonder what that smell is that showed up after our coworker went missing? Oh well, back to work.
Nobody makes money off of that (well, except gyms maybe).
Plus many patients/depression sufferers are people who precisely can't do hard exercise for a reason or another.
If you are able to, though, do it. It's really the easiest, most lasting and effective solution. And the great thing is that it gets more effective as time goes on, unlike most other solutions.
If you're really out of shape, it will feel like shit the first few times, just keep at it. In less than a month you should already feel completely different.
Soon. Your race will come to an end.
Exercise definitely helps but depression is like having a dark gloom in your mind which taints everything with doubt. Your conscious might utter the slightest word of hope and immediately you are thrown mental hurdles that make it hard to even care about getting better.
Weightlifting though is relatively easy to implement. 2-3x a week and 30 minutes a session is a lot easier to manage than the insanity that a lot of gym fanatics try to throw at you. The caveat is that 30 minutes is intense. Eschew sets and reps, your metric is the feeling of muscle failure. There's no point if you're not literally tearing muscle apart.
How long can a person survive without water? 7 days max? Do we know why we climbed on top?
he's like the elisa lam of supermarkets
>Imagine a society that subjects people to conditions that make them terribly unhappy then gives them the drugs to take away their unhappiness. Science fiction? It is already happening to some extent in our own society. Instead of removing the conditions that make people depressed modern society gives them antidepressant drugs. In effect antidepressants are a means of modifying an individual's internal state in such a way as to enable him to tolerate social conditions that he would otherwise find intolerable.
I’m 100% serious when I say you should drop some acid. Tripping will let you explore your own mind, you will detach from your usual self and be able to see your own thoughts from a third person perspective. Definitely do some research beforehand, I personally read ‘The psychedelic explorer’s guide’, which is like 500 pages of amazing info, but you could get by with reading some trip reports. Make sure you are in a safe, comfortable space, maybe with a trip sitter, and let your thoughts flow. Changed my life, good luck!
>Plus many patients/depression sufferers are people who precisely can't do hard exercise for a reason or another.
That's just not true. In Australia the people who are highest risk of suicide are farmers and sportsman, specifically football players...
>if you're eating something then functionally it's the same as sugar
What? This makes no sense. Avoiding 80g of sugar and everything else makes it have a benefit over regular soda right off the bat. You're arguing the minuscule difference over cooked ingredients but then ignoring the main ingredient that makes people fat: which is sugar. Then you're claiming ONLY fat people ordering large orders at McDonald's are ordering diet coke and thinking they'll lose weight. You're not arguing in good faith, and you're relying on extremes to try to prove a point which is annoying. Fuck off euroshit. You use macros and convert that to calories.
>In the presence of food, artificial sweeteners provoke the same insulin response as actual sugar.
source? i always stay away from them because i assume they'll give me cancer but i've never heard your claim before
