Out of the top 11, 6 democrat and 5 republican. Of those 6 it's English, Irish, German, Italian ancestry mostly. Of the 5 republican it's German mostly.
Out of the bottom 13, 1 democrat and 12 republican. The 1 democrat state only 2 counties were majority democrat. Mexican ancestry is the predominate ethnicity. Of the 12 republican it's mostly African American, American Indian, and American/Hispanic/Other (Can't see the color difference) ethnicity.
If anything these two maps shows us that Europeans are the superior race. European ancestry voted predominately Republican.
