Volume profile, applicable to long-term, medium-term and short-term time frames is a volume based indicator which shows at which price the most volume was traded. This can be deducted but with too much effort from the normal volume x-axis bars. Instead, volume profile is shown along the y-axis indicating volume per price. Watch the video from beginning to the end! Hope this clears up the market dynamikz a bit more for you and helps you avoid surprises in price movement.
Volume profile is a paid feature on tradingview but there is free version of it by using bitscreener.com (no registration required)
