unfortunatelt i dont have one right now....my gf took a photo of me sitting shirtless with a beer...that was when i have touched rock bottom, i was 99kg (im only 180cm tall)...
i went keto, it really does work like a fucking charm!
I also added to keto a pretty heavy calorical deficit (i would usually go for like 1300-1700kcal daily deficit)....the thing is with keto you lose your hunger feeling almost completely...you literaly dont feel hunger anymore so you can easily only eat 1 or 2 meals a day....

well you werent that fat to beggin with user.....but kicking the herb jew and bottle jew feels nice....i havent kicked them completely , still get moderately drunk/stoned like 1 a week, but it was 4 beers and 2 jonts on a daily basis for a very very long while....its really amazing how your mind becomes clearer and your mood goes to a constant slightly euphoric positively hyperactive state once all the garbage goes our of your system...

no i wont user....as i said earlier i was basicaly a half-alcoholic stoner for a very long time (probably like 2 years), felt completely helpless and was drowning in despair and depression.....i went to a psych and was given SNRI (cymbalta), before taking it i researched online and found awful but horror stories (r/cymbalta) so i decided to give it a last try before taking the pharmajew and decided to ko keto and lose 10kg before august, the temporary goals were unironically:
1. im going to a festival and i dont want my tits to be jumping around while dancing
2. going back to my hometown for august and going to film some aggressive skating videos with friends and want to be able to do the tricks i was able to do when i was 19 (32yo boomer now).....
3. dont wanna hear that splash sound made from my belly on my gf's ass while fucking her doggystyle
4. made a 100€ bet with a friend on whos gonna lose more weight

I was drinking at least 12 beers a day, 24 on weekends. Sometimes bottles of rum.
Smoking weed before work every day and drinking booze in my car at lunchtime and eating junkfood constantly.
It was a wild time but retrospectively it was absolute rock bottom.
I think just the beer is what does it, i struggle to eat over 3000 calories per day to gain weight without the alcohol and weed.
go keto user, its not a meme, i tought it was a meme since the people promoting it are mostly burgers and crypto retards but it unironaically does work wonders. you will lose weight straight away (no carbs makes you flushu all the excess water) very fast and than continue at a lower pace..... the most amazing thing is after like a week you lose your feeling of hunger completely (well more like 90% but still), also your body gets used to very low insulin so eaven though your stomach might have been empty for the last 18hrs you donw feel weak or hazy in your head....

you can do it fren!!! first 2-3 days are kinda bad since you get the keto flu, you feel weak and for like 24h you get a pretty big headache (organismn transitioning into ketosis), but after those 2-3 days you are fine!

I do 4 x 8-12 reps on most things.
There is a strong correlation between muscle mass and amount of weight you can lift.
And if you aren’t eating properly you are wasting your time.
I personally wouldn’t count calories, just eat as clean as you can, majority of carbs before and after workout.
Carbs are okay, avoid sugar and alcohol.
Body weight in lbs=grams of protein you should eat per day.
