How can I handle this properly so that I receive unemployment if I get fired?

Force them to fire you, don't let there be any record of any mistakes you have made, don't capitulate to the weird vibes and quit on your own. DO NOT QUIT

Sorry - mistakes are fine - just don't let them bait you into doing or saying something that would be grounds for termination (mistakes are fine I mean more like saying something toxic in an email)

Nah, the only reasons to deny you unemployment are you quit. Doesn't matter if why they fired you, except maybe for not showing up (which is basically you quit). If it's anything like my state, you file after you get fired, and then they contact the company to see if they will contest it. If they don't contest it, no problem. If they do contest it, you'll have to talk to people, but just say you were fired. I've gotten unemployment twice and it was awesome both times, Good for you user!

tell him you're gay. then if he fires you next week, threaten to sue for discrimination since he fired you right after you came out. if he doesn't fire you next week, give it a few days, then tell everyone you're thinking of transitioning to female. if you're still employed after that, let slip that you're suffering from mental disabilities. repeat with something new every week or so. this will buy you time to sit comfy until you can find another job.

Basically do everything by the book that can be recored. If they still fire you and fight you in court for the unemployment benefits the court sides with you as long as you did what I just listed.

show up to work on time every day, leave after 8 hours there. email people to be able to show to authorities after you were at work and doing work. do not quit. if you dont meet sales targets thats fired by high standards/unproductiveness and that is able to get employment if your boss fires you for that reason. be aware you have to apply for other jobs while collecting unemployment

Also, there is always a higher up that you can go to. If your store manager hates you go to whatever is slightly above him. If you work in a big company all has to be done in paper, complain they are mean to you take a photo of the paper/copy and submit it. If they fire you you will have more evidence,

Also, even if they tell you that you were fired with cause, that's just an opinion. You can say you believe you "fired due to lack of work". That is the key phrase. So if they tell you that you got fired for sucking dicks in the back room, you say "that's not true, they fired me because there wasn't enough work to do". It's especially good if you've never been written up for sucking dicks. They don't want to deny your shit, and the companies that fight unemployment are the lowest of the low.

Oh ignore me, listen to that’s a brilliant idea. Just say is everyone mean to me because i am gay. Then go on sick with stress and go see a doctor to verify it. Send the doctors note to your employer and you’re onto a winner. They’ll either be forced to moved you or they’ll let you go with a kicker and legal disclaimer so you don’t sue. Make sure you act like a depressed doomer at the doctors.
