I'm very tight with Sergey and I can confidently say LINK will reach $9.5-10 by August after a major announcement from a global tech company on August 2nd or 3rd, as well as series of big companies setting up nodes throughout the month.
Early September will be slow but somewhere around mid-September the price will shoot up to $17.5-18 due to an announcement by a major banking network.
As for the dev dumps, I asked Sergey about them and he says the purpose is to hide their transactions to current secret partners through Binance so the word doesn't get out.

I recently got semi screwed by a solar installation that had 30kw of panels but the supporting infrastructure was only rated to 20kw. The system was sold and installed as 30kw. There is a reason to do it this way (gives a higher average as all the panels are working to max out on a non-ideal day, but will never deliver 30kw) but if this was hooked up to a SC they would not be able to bury this in the fine print or lack of buyer knowledge. They would have to be upfront about it, otherwise they get screwed by the SC. In my dealing with gooks they are dodgy cunts and always aim to cut corners,etc. They tell me delivery will be X and then it rarely happens. They do this for various reasons Generally I don't care when the deliveries are coming but the dates are useful to build my customers expectations. If this was on chain (boat details for shipments, arrival dates, etc) they would not be able to lie about the arrival dates and would have to give me the real numbers. Instead of taking the easiest route of lying to their customers they would need to actually either perform better (get shipments happening sooner) or tell the truth.
As a white guy who works in a primarily asian industry I can't wait till their lying, shitty quality asses get fully reamed.
