Haven't bought in yet because it looks stagnant but definitely a coin I'm keeping on my radar. I'll see how it performs after the app is launched. Seems pretty legit overall, it's just too soon to tell.

if the app is successful in Venezuela then it's easily 10x or more. mass adoption of the app is going to both help people and provide proof of concept for the entire project. this means that they can take what they learn from Venezuela and apply it to every single country since Venezuela is #1 when it comes to inflation rates
it's still hard to know how the Venezuelan Government will react to it, but that's probably one of the reasons they're trying to stay under the radar. the more they can do without drawing attention to themselves the harder it will be for the authorities to try to stop it if it starts trending or going viral or whatever.
but that's just my two cents

Their payment system and stablecoin pairing will be deployed in September, at which point RSR will undoubtedly rise in price.
Since RSR is a collateral token, it will eventually reach a point where it trades inside of a predictable channel, which would make it a good candidate for swing trading. It also has some kind of passive income model, but I don't know much about that.
IMO worst case scenario is you break even on this. Best case scenario is 300x or more.
