I live in Poland and the salaries they offer are about twice as big as what you'd get for any other brainless job. If you get hired for a half-time job, you're still making more than 90% of the country, kek.
Yeah I worked there for 3 months 11 hours a day 6 days a week.
That job killed my inner voice from mind melting boredom.
A friend of mine worked in such a center in Poland. He said it was awful, very long and tiresome shifts, low wages.
Maybe it's better in the niggerland.

He is a newbie. Of course they are going to treat him okay. In all the shit jobs the ones that are getting treated worse are the veteran employees which at that point pretty much have stockholm syndrome. Even more so if they're older (+40) and would have a hard time finding a new job, then the company has them grabbed by the balls.

I’ve been working at amazon for around 7 months now, gone through 3 supervisors, the current supervisor is a total dickhead who has no idea what he’s doing n has fucked the whole operation since day 1, treats employees like slaves n the higher ups have this sense of favoritism towards certain people, everyone there wants to quit but can’t because of personal reasons, I’m a student and I don’t have many options, thankfully I work two days, 11 hours shifts, which feels like forever, but I don’t know how much longer I can keep going or how much longer until I get fired for exploding in the place, no terrorist shit, I just visualize myself as a successful pentester who also got rich off his small linky portfolio.
