They are bear/bull raids for stops. It doesn't take a cabal to pull off, one guy can do it on his own. In essence he pumps/dumps /just enough/ to move the price to near where the stops are, then lets inertia from other people carry the action into the stops where he buys/sells them. He makes the difference between where he jumped out, and where the average stop is.
