is there something that would prevent people from trading fractions of a BAT? could you tip someone 0.1 BAT tokens for instance.. i really don't understand why only "whole" BAT tokens can be used. Since there is no overall difference between 0.5 and 1 token, in terms of moving it around/between wallets etc.
