US Shale gas has destroyed the oil sand industry so GTFO out of Alberta.

That said Canada has abundant natural resources and immense untapped mineral deposits. Defended on three sides by favorable geography and the world's most powerful Ally, Canada is a safe bet.

That said, money invested in US is probably a better short and near term investment due to strong dollar global reserve currency, more favorable taxes for the rich (assuming you are) and better overall luxury services for you (i.e. good luck getting 2 day shipping from Amazon.ca).

If having kids, public schools in Canada are much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much better than anywhere in US. I got into the best engineering school with scholarship in Canada from a normie public school in a normie neighborhood. That is fucking impossible in the USA without rapacious private school access.
