Legal ivory trade is regulated and probably hard to get into.
Illegal ivory trade is pretty highly contested and you gotta deal with poachers, rangers, police, trafficers costums and other unpleasant people.
Fossil ivory is not regulated and can be freely traded. You can find lots of mammoth ivory in Siberia or bottom trawl for it in the Northsea.
For one, you'd need to put together a Siberia expedition, for the other get a boat and equip it.
