Getting an iPhone for job interviews?

I've got a few interviews coming up with VERY selective grad schemes, think minimum of A*AA/1st class degree to even apply followed by a test which filters out most people, £50k starting big holidays.

I currently use a cheap chinkshit phone and already have a decent suit. Is it worth getting a iPhone for interviews and generally being a "professional" now?

No meming I swear android gives off the impression of autistic freak/manchild/broke loser and going to need everything I can get. Is it just me who thinks this?

Don't pull out your phone in an interview. Problem solved.

Yes, it does. There isn't really anything you can do about it. Stop caring what people think.

get a new SE or a refurb X not the (XS)
these are the best bang for a buck right now when it comes to iPhones

I don't give a shit normally, but where it could literally cost me a ultra-high tier job it's different. Also want one anyway they're just so expensive compared to Chinese shit I can't really justify it yet.
Also it seems a bit risky just to assume I won't have to pull it out once throughout the whole interview desu. Thanks for confirming my suspicions about the autism lol

As director and subsequently interviewer for my department at a very large company, I will reject you pretty much immediately if you stare at your phone instead of talking to me.

I didn't mean that, more thinking if something unforseen happens which requires me to get my phone out e.g. he rings it to check he has right number, have to take a photo of a piece of paper

Then don't do any of those things.
Are you really gonna go buy an iphone based on a bunch of hypothetical situations you might find yourself in?
Focus on your interview bro.

Shilling iphones on Jow Forums.

How fucking retarded are you? 100%

>buying a new phone during interview
you'd impress them more by not bringing the phone out at all during the interview lol, what even is this thread

Don't worry it won't matter. You can smell out android users anyway.
