you run an ico with 1 billion tokens and sell 350 million for cheap, make a few accounts on exchanges, split the 32million, push prices up with the funds and essentially just move them around a bit between several of your own accounts
you lose some to exchange fees and smart traders but in the end it is PURE GRAVY when you start selling the 650 million at inflated prices.
