Hordaland or Trondheim area

I would get out of funny money if I were you, you've got enough to start a business or bring in a more stable income stream. You've got around €70k, that's enough to make something out of. A lot of time governments are going to be looking at income instead of assets (until a certain point when the difference becomes immaterial), so I would look at doing that.

I know this is Jow Forums and the shitcoin hivemind is strong, but be real with yourself. The social currency of being a Chainlink hodler starts and ends at this message board, if you want to be taken seriously its time you start taking your money seriously.

I'd like to have somewhere north of 1.5 million USD. Right now I have 50k in a Roth IRA, 20k in a 401k, 120k in a taxable account, 135k in cash. Everything in the retirement accounts and taxable accounts is predominantly in index funds. I will inherit real estate that is worth around 350k or so after taxes.

Dublin is shit value for money. Property prices are artificially propped up by deliberate regulation bottlenecks. The population are getting sick of it and are starting to revolt. When the "permanent houseshare" generation starts to vote you will see a quick price collapse.

My company ideas are mostly related to tech, as they usually cost nothing to start (except time). Right now I am doing a few things, but it's mostly centered around building phone apps that appeal to specific niches. I also do some website building, but I haven't published anything yet.

I realize this is an oversaturated market, but honestly you've got nothing to lose by trying. Virtually all you need is the know-how, some time spent developing and something like 50$ for Google play store license. The sky is the limit, and all you need is an idea and the willingness to do it. I'm thinking about incorporating walks into my daily routine to help me come up with interesting ways to improve my products.

I personally wouldn't advise doing this yourself. In order to become rich you want equity, a piece of a business that grows while you sleep. If you value yourself at a certain rate per hour then you should probably hire someone else to do the driving for you. Could definitely work though, idk about the legalities when it comes to importing large amounts of food.

well consider that it is expensive to get transportation services in eu as human labour is super expensive
