This is the likely bull scenario. Last season we had to wait until a 6 months after BTC halved. That would put alt season at 2021.
Markets get silly at the end of bull runs. That's when dumb money floods in and Alts pump.

You need patient to make money. You need to understand DCA. Alts are obviously a better investment right now. BTC dominance has been going up for well over a year. It will fall eventually, and that can happen really fast. Btc dominance could easily fall back to 30% in a single bullish week.

Exactly this. BTC dominance rises slowly but falls like a knife. You can't time this market and dca into alts above 50% dominance is the way to consistently make massive gains.
