The current network is 100% congested so the calculation doesn't make much sense. If you assume the usage isn't going to grow the current price is way too high.
Today $59k in fees was paid. At a 5% yield assuming full PoS, that makes the fair price about $43/eth. Which is surprisingly high.
Eth2 is going to be 1000x-10000x more scalable (depending on the use case).

It's better to calculate the fundamental demand in dollars, as the eth price is going to compensate for them, but at the current reward schedule 6381eth assuming 10M eth is staking, that's without fees.
