don't play it. i've played WoW for 2 weeks straight with very little showering and food. I was like 15 and friend invited me to play with him, that was some invite access that lasted for 10 or 14 days dont remember. That world is literally constructed to hook you in forever. My friend was in it for 10+ years, lost his highschool sweetheart wife (mother of his child), because he got overweight and didn't see anything beside WoW. Fuck this game.
