Apartment vs house, which is better and why?
For me I've only lived in apartments and I like that above the 4th floor you never get mosquitoes so you get better sleep. Also the view from above is better especially during the rain and you are generally closer to shops so you get delivery faster/easier.
I got a town home so I don't have to take care of any exterior stuff. It's 3 stories. I like not having neighbors above or below me.
Is this even a question? Nobody in their right mind should want to live in a building full of strangers.

what about renting out apartments? I was thinking, if I ever make it, I'd buy 3 or 4 apartments in the city and rent them out to office drones. I imagine you wouldn't get the same pains as you would with other tenants because they'd be professionals renting near their place of work. Rent coming in from 3 or 4 apartments bought in a new building would be a decent income. I guess I'd wait for property prices to hit a decent high again before dumping them. I'd never long term hold or live in an apartment given the choice.

I have lived in apartments all my life, when visiting relatives that live outside of the city i always get jealous of the calm & quiet nature that surrounds them. Out of all the apartments that I have lived in I can't seem to escape all the noise that surrounds them, there has always been noisy neighbors, droning ventilation fans, traffic and street noise from the 'hustle & bustle'. That said I don't think I would move out of town until I've made it.
I was raised in a house. All the time I've lived independently was in apartments since I am not wealthy yet. If you have lived in a house you know the freedom it is and you will never be able to get used to living in a cuck flat.
As a matter of fact this motivates me to go out and make the most money with the goal of eventually not having to live anywhere near NIGGERS, SHITSKINS and the COMMON RABBLE.

I literally live on the 7th floor and in 15 years I've never had 1 mosquito, I don't use any mosquito repellent or nets or anything. And the people who live Below me on the 2nd-3rd floor always complain about mosquitoes.
