I had just moved to tennessee for a horrible engineering internship job with army public works. 100 degrees every day, shadowing plumbers and electricians around base watching them fix shit but not being able to help because I didn't have certs so I'd be a liability. Half the time I'd fuck off to my cuckhole of an office for the day instead and read ecopessimist blogs and shit about UBI on leddit.

I remember I donated $50 over that summer and fall to Bernie Sanders campaign, $300 total. I got obsessed with the idea of UBI as my best shot of being able to quit this garbage job and just NEET comfortably the rest of my life, and I thought of Bernie as the best shot at getting it. Ironic I could have put my money into something that would ACTUALLY have allowed me to NEET for life instead of pissing it away on some socialist jew's hopium campaign.

Now I actually have decent money, loads of crypto (bought five figure LINK at $0.25) and a job I don't totally hate so I'd probably be a net loser if UBI was implemented today, so fuck it and fuck poor people. Just need $100k BTC and I'm checking out of this clown world to a hundred-acre parcel in Montana.
