Real estate investing in South east asia

Hey guys,
I have about 200k saved up. I've been looking at south east asia to invest in some real estate properties.

I'm particularly interested in Cambodia and Myanmar.

Anyone here have any insights into the real estate market in these places?

Which countries in south east asia would you invest in?

Thanks in advance!

>Cambodia
The biggest shithole down there
You can buy citizenshio for 300$
It doesn't fucking matter what you buy
It is all cheap, all shit, and it will never be worth much

just put that $200k in SENT, wait a week, cash out for $2 mil

>not investing in India

Not investing in a superpower by 2020, it's like you want to be poor

The main reason is because of their projected future growth over the next few years.

Cambodia is supposedly one of the fastest growing countries at 6%~ annual growth.

Thank you for your insight.

>You can buy citizenshio for 300$
No you can't

India definitely looks promising

You will never live there.

Let me save you some time OP
Invest either in Vietnam or Malaysia
Every other country is unironically shit

Thanks, this is pretty helpful.
