How do I get cheap auto insurance? It seems the cheapest I can get is $126 a month but I know people who only pay $50. Never had any issues or crashes ever. Over 25. It's stupid.

I pay like $155 every 6 months lol

Ya how do I get that deal? Who do you use?

State farm, my car is a pos 2000 caddy which I own completely, so I only have minimum coverage. I also live in Indiana and I've never had an accident. I don't know what else would affect it

State Farm
2009 Honda Fit I own
Great coverage

Like $75 a month 37yo male. Payable every 6 months in one sum.

Is that $126/month for minimum coverage or does it include collision/comprehensive? How long have you had your policy?
I pay about $75/month for 2 (a beater truck and a classic) at near-minimum. I used to pay $150/month for 1. As the policy matured, it went down a lot. When I turned 25, it went way down immediately

Damn just got some for $36.noice

You need to live in a rural shithole to get good rates

What state? Tell them you owned your car for a long time, protip that’s something the actuaries factor in heavily. Also underinsured motorist coverage is expensive

Its really weird because my coverage lapsed for months and thanks to crypto financially ruining me my credit is awful but I still got a cheap rate.

State Farm pro tip, the monthly payments are only $1 more than if you pay in full for poor fags that don’t want to pay an extra 5%

credit is big, accident history is big, length of ownership of the car is big, length of being on the same policy a long time is a factor, having high previous coverage limit in my state is big. there are a couple factors. If you go with state farm in my state it usually is cheaper to get a short term DI policy that will you give a % multiline that outweighs the most of your policy.

unreleadted can anyone tell me more about chainlink and salesforce

say you're trans and switch your gender on your dl. instant discount

I pay $65/month with gieco. Full coverage plus roadside assistance. I also have nothing bad on my record.

You really don't want cheap auto insurance...
You realize the coverage is shitty right?
You know what happens when someone gets hurt and it's your fault? The medical bills will be far more than your insurance covers.
You know what happens when you hit a moderately expensive car like a newer bimmer or benz? You cheap insurance isn't enough coverage. You are on the hook for the money. You get sued and your wages will be garnished. No wages? Then say bye bye to your assets.

I pay $3000 every 6 months btw
2 cars, good coverage
Wealthy people and smart people who can afford it even get additional coverage called an umbrella policy that covers $1,000,000 or more
I know of people who have used their umbrella policy and it saved them from losing their house and more

An umbrella policy covers more than your auto btw

I pay $55 a month with geico and I am 23

clean record

drive a prius

Its only temporary. It's this or I don't drive at all because I can't register my car without insurance.

I haven't had car insurance for 5 years. Fuck it. My car isn't worth insuring.

surely you have liability insurance?

>car like a newer bimmer or benz
nah, there are state limits on that. Thats why when you buy an expensive car you have to buy "collision insurance" and not just the legally required liability.

I mean you can end up on the hook for things if your underinsured. But it is not the case in our legal system that if you tap a ferraris bumper then you are liable for 30,000 dollars because that guy decided to drive an outrageously expensive car. Your liable to pay his deductible and some much smaller amount if you a under insured.

My friend has delusions about what he should be receiving as a settlment in accident and is shocked that hes only getting 15k after a drunk slammed him. I informed him people are lucky if they get 50k when they lose a limb.
