Frugel Living

Is it possible to feed yourself with £25/week in the UK? Food is my only expense and I refuse to get a job (may apply for disability benefits for autism, anxiety or depression (teehee) if I can't survive while waiting for my alts to moon).

I think this can be pretty easily done

You can feed yourself for 1 pound a day m8

No problem, especially if you buy in bulk.

Rice + beans + chicken + seasoning + multivitamin cheap as fuck

your alts will never moon. You can survive with pasta, eggs and milk but you will become like vitalik buterin malnurished as fuck.

Be more specific, which food items and from where? I assume some place like Aldi or Lidl.

You can spend $25 easily on a good size bag of rice, carton of eggs, case of water, and can goods. Fasting is key. A case of water can run you at 24 or more bottles for less than $5.

Easily with frozen food from farmhouse - that’s how I survive uni at the end of the month lol

Yes bruv. You can buy bread, it has very low cost per calory, flour is even cheaper. Buy rice, beans, sunflower seeds, nuts, chicken, oats for variety too.

>trying to save on food
>buys water
jesus.

Super easy, just shop at your local market for meat/veg - chinese supermarkets have super cheap rice/noodles. 10/meat 8/veg 2/eggs/bread 5/rice/noodles/sauces

>Bottled water
Are you fucking retarded?

I can drink tapwater, I don't live in a polluted shithole like London.

Wrong post nigga

Even if you did, you could boil it and kill anything harmful. Godamned bottled water meme, every fucking time.

17 on minced beef and eggs
3 on potato
5 on veg

What's with so many fags ITT pushing the veg propaganda? I am a White Christian male, I am not some third world labourer.

Water is a part of the necessities. Tap water is terrible even with a whole house filter. I get a case of 40 16 oz bottles for $4.25. ph level is 6.5.
Oh you believe in the "the plastic leaks chemicals into the water" myth? Most of the companies bottling water use BPA free plastic. If it was so bad why am I healthier than I've ever been since switching from tap to bottled?
Good luck. Watch out for chlorine and fluoride.

as mr 606 says, very easily done. Budget £3 a day, make some bread sandwiches, cheap eggs with rice/noodles, seasoned to your preference, add some frozen veg and meat every other day. Milk is cheap and good too.

6 pint £1.50
1kg rice (fuck all)
1kg noodles £1 or less honestly
seasoning (big bottle £2-3)
24 eggs for the week, about £3
bread 1-2 loaf = £2

these are your basics, then add 1kg of chicken for £6 and that's basically under budget.

1kg of rice is 45 pence.
3.5kg of paste is £3.50
Sardines are 40 pence a tin.
Cheap bread is 50p a loaf

Bottled water has fluoride, plastics + other contaminants. It isn't filtered.

You need a decent gravity filter that removes, at least, 0.5 microns + fluoride + chlorine.

cock is the only meat you need

possibly, use coupons and buy bulk

Certain ones do have impurities. influenster.com/reviews/great-value-purified-water

Stay away from Aquafina and Dasani. If they go through RO and carbon filtering, it should be alright. Everything we have access to has some kind of contaminants today. Tons of pollutions everywhere from human activity. There's supplements you can take to cleanse the liver and also eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. I have a whole house filter with a carbon and micron filter.

Yes, but you'll have to be careful what you buy

Moringa leaf is an exceptional superfood. It's given to malnourished people in many countries because anywhere from 1 teaspoon to a couple tablespoons supplies enough nutrients compared to many, many foods.

Who is this Frugel? Sounds like a jew

It's actually an old German faggot who defined the most of frugal principles.

Yea in your butthole

At least refill gallons at the water mill for 25 cents. I refill 3 glass gallons every few days and it's only 75 cents

Pajeet

All there is is anecdotal evidence retarded pseud
