Well there are the minerals and black gold to consider. But there is also the prime farm land as the ice melts. Greenland got it's name for a reason. And it will only become more prime as it warms up. 20-50 years from now Greenland will be a major exporter of food. And the land prices would be so cheap relative to anything in the US now. People will flock there.
