Now factor in the backroom corporate agreements that keep the job market in higher paying sectors from being competitive. Don't forget the degree mills churning out future office workers saddled by debt who have to work at shithole offices. Remember that labor unions have been broken and in large parts of the world healthcare is held hostage as contingency to employment.

Speaking of looking for a job, I've realized I'll probably never be happy working for anyone and I want to figure out how to make my own money. After networking to find a good job,I've gained a unique pool of contacts that I noticed in recent job interviews, companies are interested in-- they keep asking me to connect them and give them more info about the climate of the industry here.
So obviously I need to start publishing an online blog about the industry here, how do I start? Publish interviews I've had and see if there's interest? I've had a good amount of events and meetings with top people in the industry in this certain country so far... Anyone have an example of how I can do this?

I make 53K in the midwest without an associates, and have an interview on Wednesday for a position where max range is 65K. Unless you're legitimately a doctor, nearly any employer would prefer to hire someone who has actually done the shit for years. No class is going to teach you how to manage a warehouse for instance. Sure, it can give you 'managing strategies', teach you underlying financials etc. but it isn't going to teach you how to actually do the work.
