My trainer does this and he's 27 now. He trains athletes and doctors, plays golf, hits on girls paying his wage and picks my brain about crypto.

Check out becoming an electrician and buy link. Electrical work isn’t nearly as physically demanding as you would think or as other trades. I break a decent sweat but the problem solving aspect is the fun/harder part. Highly recommended.

First of all, go work at a decent restaurant as a server, and maybe work your way up to a bartender (or manager for experience).
Secondly, with your now better income, go to fucking school. Get a degree in something relevant.
Learn on your own time: Excel (Pivot tables, slicers, dashboards, index-match formula, not shit vlookup), Tableau (all data visualization softwares are transferable), and you'll easily find an analytics job.
Or, go the IT route.
Programmer/Engineering or programming are also great (but require more effort).
