As for a business model you would need to know how profitable staking would be while incorporating the cost of maintaining the nodes on AWS or some other cloud server.

Most likely as it's one of the cheapest solutions out there. Right now there is only Cuckbase (You need $1 million dollars worth of Link) and LinkPool(Currently unavailable for Burgers) The market is ripe for a third solution. It is simply to risky to run your own node and risk being penalized for downtime.
