I kind of feel like the claim is so incredible (50 fucking startups all being created just to use to LINK to monetize data) that nobody really believes it right now. If Oracle really does reveal 50 startups centered around LINK in September, even if they're all garbage literally whos who fail within 3 months, the price is probably going straight to $20.
I think most investors are presuming it was all talk and no walk and are expecting literally nothing (no announcement, no anything) to materialize in Sept.
