Eh I'm 19 and would want kids if I make it(5k passive income a month should do it in my country Estonia to live very well). Maybe it's because I would want to raise them differently then I was raised(can't really complain much other than poor family, but got 20k LINK now and feel good so everything went quite well I guess), like more redpilling on how things actually are, how you can't be nice all the time, how to talk to girls, learning finance/investing, learning leadership, helping them excel at sports, reading books etc. Then going on family trips to mountains, skiing, nice beaches.
