Technically these are fair questions but you must be very new to crypto or a little stupid. It would be best if you DYOR on this and come up with your own conclusion. If you think reserve is a scam, then there's no possible hope for other projects to be deemed legitimate. Granted, they could definitely improve their clarity and communication. It's quite rare for a crypto project to be fully based in America (not just have a few contractors, but fully funded, registered, and based out of America) as such they are bound by strict American laws and regs overseen by the SEC and government who are very proactive (as of late) with fucking American crypto scammers. All the people and orgs you mentioned you think might be fake would have long ago sued reserve if the SEC didn't catch them first during their token sale.

1. because they don't want to fuck this up. the app will be released soon, and the experiment begins. no point in releasing all the tokens before the demand (ie real usage) is there.
2. Probably wash trading, nobody is selling RSR, at the very least not before we see the results of the app release. This is not a token to buy today and sell tomorrow (hence the lack of price action).
