Biz, I have a hard choice to make. One is more red pilled than the other, and would benefit me 100% more in all ways but socially.
I want to move out of my parents by EOY. I have roughly 40k cash saved and a 750 credit score. I am 22 and have a decently mediocre 50k a year job. My options are either a chad offroad van or a two bedroom bachelor status condo.
My mind wants the condo and my heart wants the van. The van would be my transportation and home. It’d be the highest trim mercedes benz sprinter and no miles. I’d build it myself and save thousands. This would indefinitely give me more freedom than being chained to a rental agreement or mortgage, as well as save me money to do things I really enjoy such as MTB (mountain biking) and domestic traveling. The only con to this would be that I’d have to be used to being single and not expect women to flock to a van dweller.
Although with the condo, I can rent out the other bedroom if needed, have bitches over whenever I needed, and be able to enjoy the amenities of having a place of my own. All while not saving as much money as I want.
This is where I need help biz. What do?

get the van but don't waste money on a brand new top trim one. get a mid spec used one and save a ton of money.

Dude check out the 2020 awd transit, finally releasing in the US this year, should run about 50k.... if you can settle for rwd you could get a decent transit van for 30k... Mercedes is just to expensive to own and maintain, and really only makes sense if your ultra rich or if you need the diesel for expediting, don’t dump all your savings into a foreign car, just don’t.... also don’t buy the pro master either, read into it if you don’t believe me, buy the van first, buy a landing strip later, good luck
