Redpill me on DASH. Why it jumped from 80$ to 1500$ and then back to 80$. Why its market cap (which was already high) got 80x into 8 billions territory? How different situation is now vs year ago when it comes to market cap? What "mid marketcap" means today? 600 000 000? What does "big marketcap" means today?

Bc shitcoin.
It's a scam that will never get widely adopted.
It's a shitcoin because its a "currency". There's no use case for it. BTC and LTC already got it covered. It went up only because of the bubble.
God I wish this were link
but why DASH and why 15x? It had big marketcap so no potential for growth right? Also can you answer my question about marketcaps? What is considered small/mid/high marketcap today? Is Chainlink 650 000 000 $ marketcap mid or high?
bump
Marketcap means nothing
And it pumped because it was an old coin and I guess whales had a lot of these to dump on normies

Look at how much the worlds biggest companies is worth and compare it to the biggest coins
It's a top 10 coin from before the ETH token explosion. It was available on a lot of exchanges that only had a handful of coins. there's no crazy secret to discover user
Dash is one of the better managed projects with a self funding decentralized governance. That first bubble was just a tiny blip compared to the next. Dash will be valued at over $10,000 a coin and that's with only small adoption in Latin American countries
DASH exploded in 2017, bc. there was a coordinated marketing campaigne that shilled a specific FOMO reason.
>Low Free Float.
As you know, if you want to operate a masternode you beed 1000DASH, and 75% of all coins where locked up in masternodes, reducing the „free float“ or tradeable coins.
The story was sold so excellent that it greated a big DASH hype cycle.

Dash, or lets call it by its old name Darkcoin has been an instant mine scam from the very start. 8 people held 95% of all "Dash", whoever fell for this after 2012 is an idiot
This.
DASH is a shitcoin protocol wise but they have good business/marketing people in the ecosystem able to make shit happen price-wise.
That's not relevant anymore. Most new crypto has premined. Dash wasn't worth much back then and no one really cared. It's used as FUD now though because Dash is handled well as a project and people are invested in other projects

Dash was one of the first masternode coins, and masternodes are normie bait.
DASH is one of the only coins that is being used and with growing adoption in south america, the hashrate is also growing.
This.
Unlike BTC and LTC which are only held by scammers trying to sell their bags to a bigger fool, Dash is trying to be a currency, just like bitcoin in its early days.
To my knowledge only Dash and BCH are actively workiing towards this. Why wouldn't it pump, it's the killer app of blockchain and their competitoin is a LN that is always 18 months away and a copy+paste shitcoin whose owner dumped tens of millions on his retard followers.
the sketchiest thing about DASH is how DASH-girl just disappeared after feb 2018. she'd spent years promoting DASH then just said she was hopping off the wagon. very weird, very suspicious.
where did she go?
Amanda is still with Dash. She posts all the time. Not as many vids lately though.
>pos
into the trash it goes
Forget dash, big mcap with no adoption. Look for small mcap gems instead. coins like COTI have alot room for growth still
What is considered small marketcap today? 2 000 000 - 100 000 000 $?
