it's strange because it's really not that hard to understand
1) bitcoin as an experiment has failed. it's now split between tool for centralized speculators (btc), tool for asic farms (bch), and tool for shrewd billionaire pushing his other projects behind the scenes (bsv)
2) whether the legitimacy of eth as a smart contract platform, all other smart contract platforms are worse by at least one order of magnitude
it naturally follows anyone who is invested in the ideological goals of crypto can only be in ethereum; and in that light, a fiat price drop is meaningless. eth could go to $5, and it wouldn't fix any of the fundamental issues with all other options, so people would keep using ethereum
