Sounds an awful lot like what Ultra wants to introduce, something really cool called crafting. You can “fuse” UOS tokens within their NFTs to guarantee an inherent value, which is at least the value of the fused UOS tokens. At any time, the owner of this NFT can “break” the NFT to get its contained UOS tokens back.

As a gamer I do have a lot of games in my steam library that I'm not playing anymore and sometimes wish I could sell them to buy games I would be playing. I do get why it wouldn't sound logical towards gaming companies to make reselling possible but don't you think enough people would play it initially so to speak make the most amount of money? They could also work with DLC’s.

Makes zero financial sense. A developer is only making one game every three or four years. If you sell their game, you're not going to buy anything else of theirs. You'd buy another company's game. A developer's goal is to keep you playing the same game over and over, not to sell it and not come back when two years later drop another DLC or something.
