The larger the need for chainlink tokens to be used in nodes, the more demand there will be for the tokens, combined with the fact that they will be locked up in the contracts themselves.

Eventually over time if decentralized oracles lead to an actual and/or significant reduction in cost for generally useless positions within corporations it will be equivalent to an entire industry being born with chainlink as the company with a cornerstone on the market with a first mover advantage and all the large companies already using their APIs. Think what google was for search engines, if this technology is actually useful then chainlink WILL be insanely huge.
