Reddit is a swarm of normies. Some cream does rise to the top from time to time. But for the most part everyone there is a lemming who is too afraid to be different and downvoated and not loved by their peers.
When btc crashed from 19k to 17k I’ve read hundreds of posts on here telling people to sell. Many didn’t, but there were tons of warnings of a bubble on here. Reddit loved crypto through the crash and the top posts were all bulls, anyone that criticized got downvoted to hell.

people don't usually discuss BAT on here, everyone in crypto is pretty aware of how successful it will be. "Its irresponsible to not hold BAT" was a meme for a while.
They're suppressing the price too much. they just released 120million recently, only have 170million left. Sept. 5th the dollar price is going to dip and a lot of new users will get turned off when they see their BAT wallet drop in price. Getting people to change browsers is also tough, getting people to change the default browser on their cell is nearly impossible. If it doesn't grow in popularity fast enough and they keep releasing too many coins too fast they will create too many NEET whales who will control the market from then on out. If they were smart they would let the price hit a few dollars to price some people out, until then assholes are going to accumulate a ton.

Browser has close to 50 million downloads break up the supply per person and everything is going to dry up quick. Supply may be higher but there is going to be a huge demand to get consumers to spend BAT as a premium currency
