That looks like at least 25x8 with a full second story, or at least a very roomy loft. So that's at least 400sqft not counting the patio.

I get claustrophobic with anything less than 600sqft but that is by no stretch of the imagination tiny.

I live in a 400 sqft cuck shed in someone's backyard and I'm definitely feeling the cabin fever setting in. 6 months living here now. Honestly it's a very nice cottage, sturdy construction, concrete foundation, nice appliances, beautiful wood trim, etc etc etc. There's this rad grape vine that grows all over one side of it like some secret garden type shit, I can reach out my window and pick grapes (they're not ripe yet tho).

None of that matters though because it's just so fucking tiny and all my hobbies/activities are indoor shit. Get to feeling like I'm starting to suffocate if I spend all day inside here.

The funny thing is if I had a huge house I'd only ever use 400 sqft of it anyways, just a bedroom with a computer, kitchen, bathroom, that's it, the rest of the rooms would be empty. But at least I wouldn't feel like I'm being smothered alive.
