That is a great observation and one that I have mused over as well. Jow Forums has an overarching spirit that is borne of, is expressed by, and which influences the user collective, and this spirit is perceived and abided by by the anons on here to some extent in every post and thread. This place has developed it's own society and culture despite being a virtual meeting place of anonymous users, and just as there is a prevailing societal and cultural ethos in the real world so has Jow Forums developed it's own.
