LN failure

After 18 months of being online, there is only 800 BTC on the network and that is now declining.
Why did Bitcoin maxis here constantly argue in 2017 that bigger blocks are not needed because LN is going to seriously help with scaling? Why are these same anons claiming now that they never said LN is going to help scale, when we all know they did? What is the plan for BTC scaling now?

parabolic increase, it's now in a correction, it already consolidated and will probably increase soon again. it's not dead nor will it die any time soon

CSW told about it few years ego. This shit cant work and be safe. Pure mathematic.

>"The art of Bitcoin"
Haha, this confirms what I've always thought, that Craig wright is a huge fan of "Art of War" and live by it's philosophy. Anyone who's read the book will see how Craig follow its teachings on strategy to WIN. If you understand Sun Tzu's teachings you will also understand that Craig has already won. He's enemies just doesn't realize it yet

im waiting for the bch flip in 2020

woah, the pajeets made a book!
When you step back for a second out of all this crypto insanity... this book must be the epitome of cringe

Bitcoin has an in build fault. Imagine a ledger book that grows and grows and grows and becomes so impractical that you need to buy a new house to store it, and now add cp on certain pages. Permissionless legacy DLT is dead. Nice idea, but it was never worth what moonbois traded it for. And about the currency aspect, lol, whoever fell for it lmao

oh, shit, Nigerian farmers arent able to run their own node anymore

you do know that the ledger is digital and an ordinary user doesnt have to store it, right user?

800 BTC is plenty for now, especially because LN is really for small payments
You can send 2 BTC using LN right now

800 BTC shows that there is hardly any usage and it doesnt relieve on chain transaction counts at all

Roger was right all along. Motherfucker

sure, doesn't change the issue.
Costs for storage might fall, but assuming bitcoin ever goes mainstream, which will never happen, the speed of growth will exceed the cost benefits. And that isn't even tackling the 7tx/sec on good days grypto gurrency retardation, or the permissionless cp storage issue. I say it again, btc was a good idea, and a really great poc for DLT, but it will never be what buttcoin cultists hoped it will be. Even the gold bugs have a higher chance of their hopes and dreams coming true.

"A higher limit can be phased in once we have actual use closer to the limit and make sure it's working OK.

Eventually when we have client-only implementations, the block chain size won't matter much. Until then, while all users still have to download the entire block chain to start, it's nice if we can keep it down to a reasonable size.

With very high transaction volume, network nodes would consolidate and there would be more pooled mining and GPU farms, and users would run client-only. With dev work on optimising and parallelising, it can keep scaling up." SN 2010

Yes, we must tell youtube to only allow two minute videos. The way it is now is just not sustainable and the speed of growth will exceed the cost benefits.
It doesn't matter that they earn more money on long videos and can use that profit to further expand to allow for even more profit. I just know in my heart, after Greg told me, that big blocs bad and that is all that matters to me

How is 8 million dollars no usage? Do you even understand how LN is supposed to be used? You're not supposed to keep all of your coins locked up on it. Not even most of your coins. It's just your casual spending hot wallet and it hasn't been adopted by most exchanges yet so it's basically just used for online purchases right now.

>comparing a propaganda tool to a book keeping tool
user, I..

that is expensive as fuck. If that was supposed to be a pro legacy dlt argument, you fucked it up

>that is expensive as fuck
Your mother is cheap as fuck. Maybe we should use her to store our TXs. Do you know what I am saying?

That's actually proof that LN is working as intended, since latest versions implemented privacy features.

Yeah that's right, no more spying on other people's channels

channels aren't going up b/c people don't need them, there is no demand so it remains flat when demand increase channels will go up b/c it'll be incentivized.

You have no idea what you're talking about so why are you talking? Youtube lost money every year until around 2016 with their only real expense being their extremely efficient hosting with minimal redundancy. Braindead BSV idiots actually claim that you can host data cheaper on chain even though you've multiplied the hardware requirements for the same amount of data.
>but every node doesn't need to store everything
If only one node is storing the relevant data the blockchain provides no benefit and you can't even be sure your submitted data is stored since that one node can go offline.

You don't know how data storage on chain are envisioned to work so why are you talking? Start reading Craigs (Satoshi) writings and learn how bitcoin and metanet works. The way Bitcoin stores data will be much more efficient than the way amazon and youtube do it today. You have no idea what you are talking about if you think otherwise

You can't correct specifics because you have no idea what you're talking about. Either the data is redundantly stored which is less efficient or it's not which is useless.

Good. Fuck them.

I'm not going to entertain fools like you anymore. Just know that you will get rekt if you don't start educating yourself on the original Bitcoin protocol (BSV) You are too brainwashed though to even do a minimal amount of research. The fact that you will remember this post when getting rekt is something that brings me great pleasure. Call me a bad person, but at least I'm honest

>not even a hint of how this protocol manages to transcend the rules of logic as claimed
I looked and there's no hint to be found anywhere, just empty promises by conmen.

>7tx/sec
BSV can already do 14k tx/sec
>permissionless cp storage issue
what is doublehash and blockchain pruning/filtering. literally all this shit has been solved on BSV and you fags still dont realize it and talk about muh LN or muh DLT none of which will ever scale. I almost feel bad for the corekeks.

just wait until congestion hits the fan again, people will jump to lightning but congestion only comes when you have euphoric price increase again.
