Join me in saying THANK YOU to the men and women of the labor movement for all they’ve done for us.
It didn’t trickle down It didn’t come from a tax cut The 1% didn’t make it
It was fought for by the blood sweat and lives of millions of workers in this country. They sacrificed so much so that we could enjoy safe working conditions, decent pay and things like workman’s comp.
Only thing in Karl Marx shitty book that made actual fucking sense.
Too bad most of the unions in the u.s are almost wiped out and all that's left are lazy government unions that do jack shit and make other unions look bad.
Brody Fisher
>faggots that were too stupid or lazy to make their own way Thanks.
Hunter Cooper
without the 1%, all those men would be starving to death or working on farms. they chose to work on the railroads or w/e that picture is, because it offered a better life than the alternative given to them by nature.
Ian Rivera
The labor movement was a mistake that resulted in the halting of progress for almost 100 years.
>But we made our enslavement better Lmfao union cucks. Just wake up.
Bentley Carter
>Karl Marx book peterson pls go
Nolan Gomez
why do people think unions are communist. That simply isn't the case. I'm part of the IBEW.
Grayson Nelson
>Only thing in Karl Marx shitty book that made actual fucking sense.
what an ignorant thing to say, Marx's manifesto was just 1 part of his philosophy
Joshua Green
Unions predate Marx
Robert Taylor
I am as far right as they get. Unions get a bad reputation because of the extreme left unions that bus workers to protest tranny rights and campaign for Hillary. Unions are absolutely needed for large businesses. They are irrelevant and unnecessary for small business, as those never have the problems large corporations have. You're a retard if your a wagecuck and not part of the union. If the union itself is a Marxist cesspool, then you need to find a different job. Don't willingly be a serf in the current year.
Mason Davis
Actually Hitler introduced labor day in Germany on first of may. You can thank him.
Thomas Sanders
>without the 1%, the 99% would be starving to death
labor history after the civil war up till around the 60s-70s was extremely based thank you freedom fighters for taking us this far
Daniel Jones
>Collective bargaining IS free market I just think this needs to be stated in the midst of this Facebook meme tier trash
Jacob Ramirez
Union offered great benefits when I worked at an airport but that's the only good thing I enjoyed. I worked there for two years around toxic retards that work for 2 hours and complain for another 2 hours since it's never good enough for them. We never had a union stuwart in house for actual real complaints. Union leaders were getting paid while raising union fees losing more benefits in collective bargaining agreements. Fuck Unions.
Isaac Baker
All the neocon retards today literally think unions are communist like ITT
Henry Allen
Wow, rich people are God’s so let’s worship them. If it wasn’t for them we’d be starving, god for it we own our own land and farm and grow our own food. Where would we be without mc donnnalds.
Adam Thompson
Big corporations should pay workers more. I'd rather some mouth breather have more money to spend at my business than a billionaire buying his 4th pedo yatch to diddle nubile brown boys onn
Isaac Cox
it's easy for you to say because you're self employed
Luke Flores
100 years ago more than half of Americans were self employed until (((industrialization))) took off and killed small trades and farmers
Isaiah Martin
Unions can't increase the value of labor ; The extra wage costs are just moved to the consumer.
Dominic Smith
>(((industrialization))) took off and killed small trades and farmers ...and gave birth to new ones
No, the thing that killed small trades and farmers are (((bankers))) from the past 100 years.
Carson Edwards
Uh no retard. It’s called economies of scale and productivity increases.
Eli Robinson
Can you just cut to the chase and tell me about the gold standard already? I’m kind of busy today
Matthew Walker
Gold standard is for expiring boomers. Bitcoin standard is the future.
Now it's your turn to tell me that bitcoin is worthless because the impending apocalypse will cut out all electricity.
Ryan Ortiz
Unions make sense until they achieve a state of unchecked power. Google every large scale union you can think of and look for stories of crime and corruption, they are everywhere.
Luke Roberts
Labor negotiations are part of a free market. If you couldn't form a trade union or guild, it wouldn't be a free market.
William Smith
Unions are cancer.
Jose Martin
Because they are. Its literally a pyramid scheme to get some bureaucrat to argue on your behalf (and every other person who doesn't work hard) who collects fees from everyone. Negotiate for yourself.
Isaac Kelly
Wtf I love dangerous job sites and low pay now
Brody Turner
>Raise the cost of labor >Drive manufacturing overseas Thanks, unions!
Aiden Thompson
Volunteer unions=good
Forced unionization that feeds entirely off the desperation often experienced by those seeking employment=bad
I never really understood why people struggle with this.
Evan Baker
Yeah it was totally the unions fault!
Heh, stupid goyim
Connor Davis
Jokes on you, I'm waging RIGHT NOW.
Jackson Murphy
>Let us make you work like slaves or else we'll move the jobs overseas!
Should we also remove child labour laws in North America and Europe or else they'll use chinese kids too?
Colton Harris
actually unions are an inevitable product of the free markey, the state manages to stifle or corrupt it though.
Aiden Morris
Yea I have to work today so fuck you
Logan Roberts
Unions haven't been relevant for about 20 years now. NAFTA pretty much strangled all of the big ones out of existence.
Adam Garcia
bait thread
thanks labor peeps
Kayden Ramirez
THIS. Btfo that piece of shit bootlicker. Those cum munchers get on my nerves
This board is funny. They'll complain about how shit life is and how much it sucks to be a "wageslave" but then praise capitalism and their bosses boots for the opportunity to spend 40 hours a week chained to a desk.
