you can just download this file and look at the bank codes for all the banks worldwide for iso20022.
i referenced the aa-debtor subdomain of smartcontract.com and on one of the transactions (located here aa-debtor.smartcontract.com

BBRUBEBBXXX is the bank code used. from that file from swift's sitemap, the bank referenced is ING BELGIE.

They add names as they "work with" a partner bank, but dont remove them once its ogre
