Which state has the best forecast for growth over the next couple decades?
Which state has the best forecast for growth over the next couple decades?
Texas or Vermont, maybe New Mexico if you're a gambling man.
Mexico
Sunbelt states minus California. Also, Idaho/Colorado.
>Idaho
This. Potato here, Boise has been blowing up with all the neighboring states moving here for cheap real estate, and all the business opportunities.
Arkansas
dont tell them about Idaho, all these fucking californians are already ruining the state. housing has nearly doubled and 1/4 people in Idaho arent even from Idaho
build a wall
Fuck, you're right. I hate how crowded it is now
Gotta be Colorado right?
Colorado is already past meme stage. Real estate is insane and they're building microapartment complexes in Denver now that are 2k+ and college grads still think it is okay. I was making $18 an hour living in the cheapest apartment I could find and still couldn't afford to save money.
Black male here. Guess i’m moving from Northern VA to Boise now!
yep. nw arkansas is the absolute #1 spot for growth in the next 5-10 yrs. don;t know how to make money on it though outside of real estate (too poor for that though)
As long as Arizona remains a red state we'll keep growing.
Greenland. :)
No niggers, fuck off in Virginia!!
Pennsylvania, texas, florida, colorado, idaho.
Florida is starting to feel like California.
Florida, Texas, Tennessee, among some others
Austin, Tampa, Orlando and Nashville are seeing serious growth and influx from firms relocating from the coasts
Visited there to potentially move there about a year ago. It's like mini California. Didnt like it, wont go back.
This, Nashville's growth is explosive... Unfortunately the real estate prices are already 10x from where they were. No more low hanging fruit in this sense.
Lol make me faggot incel
>vermont
wrong
The nice places with high growth are going to be the next places that asians/indians/smart whites decide to work programmer jobs in.
The poor places with high growth will be wherever hispanic immigrants go and have 4 kids
Lol Vermont is a poor shithole
What fucking growth? Everyone leaves Vermont when they're old enough to be employed. The only people moving to Vermont are hippy retards that don't have any skills
>Pennsylvania
Fuck off, we’re full
Hopefully Arizona, gonna be here for a few years so I could use it
>Next couple of decades
user....I, The states won't exist in a few decades.
Nashville inst constrained by being on a coast so they can actually build housing though
Ohio's good for a lot of people, I loved Cincy. Currently in Cbus and not a fan.
This. People haven't realized yet that having 50 states is actually not efficient, our government probably has known this for a while now. Combining states would make the US even more united. Something like 6 or 7 states is ideal and allow shitty states to be integrated into the economy a lot better and be able to contribute more.
>crtl+f Nebraska

sighs
Texas has the best forecast for growth over the next decade, but user is looking further into the future than that, by which point we will have already been overrun by Californians and had our state become the same influencer hellhole that southern California is now, ESPECIALLY Austin.
Nebraska is my guess as well, there are several huge companies that have bits of infrastructure in Omaha already. Might look into Idaho after reading this thread, though.
you cant run forever white man, you need to get your shit together
Really? Just moved to Columbus from Orlando and I fucking love it. Mind you I came from the shithole that is Orlando, but Columbus has already been very good to me.
> Moved here to take a promotion
> 4 months later headhunted for a bigger position
Start my new job in 2 weeks.
By marginalizing an entire nation into a simple economic efficiency model, I think you missed some other important nuances to the concept of the "United States".
This, but it's also why their right and sooner than later, the states will die. These faggots have no principles, let alone understanding of the principles of our nations founding. These are the same faggots that are currently saying stupid shit like 'One person, one vote!' about the electoral college, which will be the first piece towards the destruction of the states.
California, all the biggest, fastest growing companies are here. No other industry makes 20% returns every year for decades.
there is no
- West West Virginia
- The Rest of West Virginia
like in Futurama
Nah, I don't think the electoral college is going away and I know we need it.
Growing gdp Nevada and Idaho.
Best job opportunities Texas, Florida, California, Colorado
Montana might have room to get in front of the Califags but it's probably too late.
Easy, Washington. Profit from Cloud City USA but don’t live in Seattle city limits
Cities are a meme. Cabin in the woods is based
Probably Alaska because of its ressources.
Now dont get me wrong but global warming gonna set free Ice under the ground of Alaska making it possible to dig deeper for ressources. Oh yea and ofc water.
Iowa, unironically
Unironically Nebraska or Montana
>>vermont
Looked it up on google street view. Went a few miles a long.
All i see are Boomers.
Kys user.
AK for 20 year gains then on a fitty year time scale aint lying on you cuz then after that oh idk Perhaps Georgia beter get in quick up that mothafucka same to tenesee n short kentucky i shit you shiga diggy hunnid mil a week im black as hell
Good luck owning a cabin in the woods when the jewish New York parasites that control VT's government keep asking you for a paycheck you don't have because there's no work in the state unless you're a bureaucrat or school teacher
Yeah that's because all of the young people left because they have no money. Vermont is a socialist shithole. If you want the cute scenery move to New Hampshire because it's basically the same but with the added bonus of not being poor. Of course NH is on its way too thanks too Jewish legislatures that can't get elected in Massachusetts moving north but at least NH still has opportunity for growth. Vermont is a stagnant pit and the pozzing that occurs there makes no sense for a mostly rural state where people need to live off land if they want to get ahead in life. Take it from someone that spent their teenaged years there trying to compete with 35 year olds for a part time job, Vermont sucks
PR if you weren’t dumbasses you would know the whole fucking thing is getting rothschild jew money and going to be completely gentrified with casinos hotels condos, etc, financially like buying a fucking scarface villa in 1950 miami for 20k.
>thinking the USA will still exist in a couple decades
LMAO
