> Literally the only coin that's actively shilled by giants in like 50 industries, with the most passionate and relentless team working around the clock while never failing to listen to the community.
> The 90 day chart is pathetic. Vet is down 47%, bitcoin is up 30%. Starting to think that while VeChain the company may become successful, Vet the token may not be. Absolutely no demand, no support levels, price of Thor is in the shitter... the only positive thing people say is “look at the partnerships” but you know what, even with those partnerships there’s still no support levels
(OP) >Starting to think that while VeChain the company may become successful, Vet the token may not be. user this is real, Ima burger dev who "crossed paths" with them in the past 1-2 years. Put simply the entire organization is built around manipulating the conversation across all channels. This goes for all subprojects as well. It is an absolute typical heavy handed chinese scam. They also pumped the token with their own money before they were broke. Now they try different memes in their echo chambers every few weeks.. buybacks, "txn volume mooning"(fake).. etc. I mean everyone knows now but I have seen it first hand and it's crazy that they are still trying to keep this scam alive.

Proud to say that I have not owned a single Chin scamcoin through all of 2017.
Without a doubt the most embarrassing and / or heartbreaking subreddit to wade into. A literal cult of delusional bagholders.

>rank 35 it still has a long way down
Ethan Mitchell
It's going to be fun to watch because their shills were SO FUCKING ANNOYING

If Substratum is still alive this will stay alive and slowly bleed for years

>Starting to think that while VeChain the company may become successful, Vet the token may not be. this was my main argument all the way back in the beginning of 2018. ignoring the scammy elements of the companies marketing and pnd tactics, if the vechain network is ever going to be successful, it requires the price of thor to be dirt cheap. a proper valuation of VET is tied to the price of thor, so it's never going to moon. I tried my best to reason with the venfags here on biz trying to save my bros from the scam. sometimes you have to take a step back and evaluate the situation without moon glasses on. there's absolutely no reason for the price of VET to moon ever, regardless of how successful Vechain the company or the network become. cost per transaction will always need to be kept very low. like fractions of a cent low. the targeted use case demands it.

I bought this at like $3 then sold it at $4 in the bear market and it was still too long to hold this chinker
feels good being right about this one. I rode the hype wave and sold pretty near the top on this one. back in the good old days...

>starting to think that while VeChain the company may become successful yeah cause they dumped the token for millions

> Is the Walmart stuff limited to certain cities? I've walked around 2 Walmarts in Chengdu a few times looking for stuff to scan and not found anything? Maybe I'm just not spotting them but I did check known product areas like mushrooms and beef etc.
> I likewise checked out 2 in Beijing a few weeks ago and saw no evidence of the tracking system in place. So I think we could anticipate both future product and geographic expansion if Walmart China likes the program.
> The phrase "invest what you can afford to lose" does not mean be ok with losses. I'm in this to make a return on my investment, not financially prop up a company. I've been doing dca and the like for 2 years, and I'm deep in the red by a magnitude of thousands of dollars. I'm not saying I expected to be a millionaire by now, but that doesn't negate my disappointment that we're not even able to touch a penny and show any signs of life. I'm giving this to the end of 2019, if I don't see any future gains on the horizon I'm out.
buy and stake with VET, earns small % of"dividend" in thor token. Both tokens' value goes down XD

Haven't checked on crypto in a few weeks. This shit was 45 sats and it just keeps plummeting. The VeChain reddit is gonna provide good keks tonight

> There's a point where you're not down cost averaging. I believe the term now is sunk cost. I have no doubt vet will be in the 20s very soon. Just really pathetic considering all the good news we've had. Are we missing something?
I'm actively writing a book detailing the roller-coaster that is the Vechain sub. The emotions, the mind games, the loans and debt and even 2 suicides.

>100% doubling down on my stack tomorrow. Tokenomics are sound and fundamentals keep getting better. I'll either look like an idiot or a genius, time will tell. "Price is a lagging indicator"
Those fundamentals, they just keep getting better and better
