I used to date a nurse and she would often comment that she could never tell if was a psychopath or just autistic. We broke on and I now run my own company, take that as you will

Psychopaths are miserable in their personal lives, so they overachieve at work with unconscious hope that it will eventually someday bring them the personal happiness that they have never experienced in their personal life. The sad thing for them is, it never brings that happiness.

Psychopaths aren't born, they are conditioned to be that way by their parents. All psychopaths had parents that were emotionally distant. It's the parents that manufacturer these psychopaths by being shitty parents, however as long as people are allowed to freely reproduce and have kids, the number of psychopaths in society will continue to keep growing as history goes forward.

It's a bizarre paradox. The corporate system selects for CEOs who have high levels of psychopathy and sociopathy, but the highest performing CEOs do not have high levels of these traits. The system is literally designed to promote the worst possible people into positions of power.

This is shocking, shocking I tell you, it's almost like CEOs were busy developing skillsets that actually exist and or matter.

Having a high eq is incredibly important, arguably even more so than a high iq
Humans are social creatures, your level of success in a company is greatly determined by your ability to interact with your peers, subordinates and superiors.
High eq is therefore useful, you can utilize it to your advantage

emotional intelligence is basically a measure of how cucked you are, the more "empathy" you display (of which a lot can be just virtue signalling), the higher you score.

Empathy is a mild form of mental illness. To use red pill terminology the more you enter someone else's frame (aka feel what they feel) the less you are typically an alpha.
