I am 1.95 and walk quite fast and pass 80% of people walking in the same direction, and I hate slow people and tourists

Depends if it's with haste. People don't look at people in a rush/hurry and think "there's a guy in control". I often see graduates in my company running to meetings or rushing around. It makes them look disorganised and out of control.

The difference in time savings between getting ahead of other people while walking is much larger than cutting off other motorists during driving.
