no, they convinced one guy that works at the google cloud marketing department it would be a good idea to cross promote. If you knew anything about programming you would know google cloud is desperate as fuck to compete with AWS and Azure and literally release hundreds of similar blog posts per year displaying use cases for their products.
Chainlink is centralized, no one is using it. Google is not running a node. One guy did for a few days to promote Google Cloud. That's it.
